Return & Exchange
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to product eligibility. Exchanges are subject to size availability.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, pristine condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- To maintain standard hygiene protocols, innerwear, boxers, perfumes, and accessories remain strictly non-returnable. Garments purchased during special sale events, promotional offers, or using HEED gift cards are also considered final sale.
- Any defective, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported to our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible.
- A flat return processing fee of ₹129 applies to all return requests. Refunds will be seamlessly processed and securely credited directly to the original payment method or a UPI ID of your choice.
