3. Product Descriptions

Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's or mobile device's display of any color will be accurate.
Quality: We warrant that the apparel manufactured at our facility meets strict quality standards. However, slight variations in fabric texture, dye lots, or stitching may occur, which is a hallmark of the manufacturing process.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
Cancellation by Us: These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Cancellation by You: You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once dispatched, the order will be subject to our Return Policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Timelines: Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout. While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and depend on our third-party courier partners.
Delays: We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or logistical disruptions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
