2. How to Request Account & Data Deletion

If you wish to remove your personal data associated with Heed User Login, you can request data deletion through either of the following methods:

Method A: Direct Request via Email or Phone (Recommended)

Our team will verify your identity and process your request within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been completely erased from our servers.

Method B: Remove App Permissions via Facebook

You can also revoke the Heed User Login application’s access to your Facebook account at any time by following these steps on Facebook:

Log into your Facebook account.
Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
Scroll down to Apps and Websites in the left menu.
Locate Heed User Login in the list of active apps.
Click Remove next to the application name.
Check the box to delete all posts, videos, or events published by the app (if applicable), and click Remove.

3. Data Retention & Deletion Timeline

Upon receiving a valid data deletion request, all your personal information, account logs, and Facebook user identifiers stored in our databases will be permanently deleted or anonymized.
Exceptions: Historical transaction records (such as completed purchase invoices and tax records) may be retained for a limited period as required by Indian law and financial compliance regulations.
